Welcome to our sweet and spacious garden level short term rentals furnished apartment in Brooklyn, New York. There is a private entrance to a large studio/1 bedroom convertible apartment with a brand new fully functional kitchenette and dining area, living area, bedroom area with a Murphy bed that can be stored away, private bathroom and access to a washer/dryer. We live upstairs and are generally around to greet you and help with anything you may need. It is our joy to host people from all over, of all backgrounds and lifestyles.

Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that in the event of a refund for any amount, for any reason, including but not limited to a transaction made in error, the refunded sum shall constitute the net amount paid to Best Furnished AFTER deduction of Stripe Fee and Property Management Platform fee. It is important to note that the total fees for Stripe and Property Management Platform, which approximate around 4%, may vary depending on the country and the card used by the Customer. As these fees are collected independently and are not refundable, the customer hereby relinquishes any and all rights to dispute the fees charged by Stripe & Property Management Platform before or after the refund is processed.

You will have a private entrance to your private apartment with a full bed, L-shaped couch, kitchen, dining area and bathroom.
We live in a private semi-detached house on a beautiful block in Flatbush, Brooklyn. The garden level apartment is cozy yet very spacious, perfect for either singles or small groups. The apartment has everything you will need for a great stay in New York.
We have great local parking on the block and easy access to Manhattan and to and around Brooklyn and other areas of NYC. We suggest parking your car and using public transportation to tour around. We are a 6 minute walk to 2 express trains directly into Manhattan, and a 15 minute walk from 2 other trains to Manhattan.
Flatbush is also right next to Ditmas, home of the largest and most beautiful area of old Victorian houses in New York. You will be happy to walk or bike around the neighborhood taking in its beauty and history while also visiting the plethora of hip local eateries, cafes and shops.
Flatbush is a diverse and fast changing neighborhood in Brooklyn. I was born in the neighborhood over 40 years ago and have just moved back to this gem of a neighborhood. Beautiful architecture, a rich mix of Caribbean cultures with a friendly fun vibe. Our block is one of the most neighbor-friendly blocks in Brooklyn. Everyone looks out for one another and work hard to keep the block safe, beautiful and friendly.

I am a born and raised New Yorker (yes we exist), am in the health/wellness and design/architecture fields. I am a student and teacher and love to learn and experiene new things at any chance. One of my favorite things is to introduce visitors to the real New York. I was born in Flatbush Brooklyn and lived here until I was 3.5 when my parents moved us to Manhattan. My husband, who is a UK ex-pat has been having a love affair with Brooklyn since he moved here over 20 years ago. We have now bought our first home in Flatubush 40 years later and we absolutlely love this neighborhood, it is without a doubt the best neighborhood in New York and everyone living here shares this secret between us. I love hosting people and sharing a feeling of home for travelers. I also love to travel and wherever I am in the world, always look for the real living in that city and I enjoy nothing more than coming back to a place that feels like home. I think you will love our home and all the love we put into it to make you feel at home while enjoying all the magnificence of New York.
I live with my husband and child on the ground floor of the house. My husband is a photographer and works primarily from home so we are always around to help with anything you may need.
