Welcome to our sweet and spacious garden level short term rentals furnished apartment in Brooklyn, New York. There is a private entrance to a large studio/1 bedroom convertible apartment with a brand new fully functional kitchenette and dining area, living area, bedroom area with a Murphy bed that can be stored away, private bathroom and access to a washer/dryer. We live upstairs and are generally around to greet you and help with anything you may need. It is our joy to host people from all over, of all backgrounds and lifestyles.

Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that in the event of a refund for any amount, for any reason, including but not limited to a transaction made in error, the refunded sum shall constitute the net amount paid to Best Furnished AFTER deduction of Stripe Fee and Property Management Platform fee. It is important to note that the total fees for Stripe and Property Management Platform, which approximate around 4%, may vary depending on the country and the card used by the Customer. As these fees are collected independently and are not refundable, the customer hereby relinquishes any and all rights to dispute the fees charged by Stripe & Property Management Platform before or after the refund is processed.

We live in a private semi-detached house on a beautiful block in Flatbush, Brooklyn. The garden level apartment is cozy yet very spacious, perfect for either singles or small groups. The apartment has everything you will need for a great stay in New York.

We have great local parking on the block and easy access to Manhattan and to and around Brooklyn and other areas of NYC. We suggest parking your car and using public transportation to tour around. We are a 6 minute walk to 2 express trains directly into Manhattan, and a 15 minute walk from 2 other trains to Manhattan.

Flatbush is also right next to Ditmas, home of the largest and most beautiful area of old Victorian houses in New York. You will be happy to walk or bike around the neighborhood taking in its beauty and history while also visiting the plethora of hip local eateries, cafes and shops.

Flatbush is a diverse and fast changing neighborhood in Brooklyn. I was born in the neighborhood over 40 years ago and have just moved back to this gem of a neighborhood. Beautiful architecture, a rich mix of Caribbean cultures with a friendly fun vibe. Our block is one of the most neighbor-friendly blocks in Brooklyn. Everyone looks out for one another and work hard to keep the block safe, beautiful and friendly.
