We include several essentials and amenities throughout the unit, including exercise equipment great for staying in your workout routine. We are conveniently located near I-95, just a 12-minute cab ride to Yankee Stadium or a short drive to Rutherford, NJ Dream Theme Park.

Firm – We offer a full refund (minus processing fees) for cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date. If booked within 30 days of the check-in date, you can still receive a full refund (minus processing fees) if you cancel within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the check-in. After that, a 50% refund (minus processing fees) is available up to seven days before check-in. If booked within 7 days or less of the check-in date you can still receive a 30% refund (minus processing fees) if you cancel at least 48 hours before check-in or earlier. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided after that point.

Non-Refundable Bookings: This option provides a 10% discount but comes with a non-refundable cancellation policy. In the event you want to use the 10% discount for non-refundable booking, please use code nonrefundable10 . By applying this code to your booking you understand and agree that in the event of any changes or cancellations your reservation will be non-refundable. This code can only be used once per reservation.

By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that in the event of a refund for any amount, for any reason, including but not limited to a transaction made in error, the refunded sum shall constitute the net amount paid to Best Furnished AFTER deduction of Stripe Fee and Property Management Platform fee. It is important to note that the total fees for Stripe and Property Management Platform, which approximate around 5%, may vary depending on the country and the card used by the Customer. As these fees are collected independently and are not refundable, the customer hereby relinquishes any and all rights to dispute the fees charged by Stripe & Property Management Platform before or after the refund is processed.

  • Please leave shoes at the entry of the apartment. Coat rack and shoe space provided.
  • Be sure to eat in common areas ONLY such as the kitchen and dining area, not in bed.
  • Due to the health of others in the 3-unit family residence, we DO NOT Allow Pets, this includes service animals, as we CAN NOT risk the health of the children that have severe allergies.
  • No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use of any kind is allowed on-premises.
  • No un-prescribed drugs. No unapproved overnight guests are allowed.
  • Quiet Hours are between 11:00 PM EST and 7:00 AM EST. Please respect the neighbors, as we have many traveling professionals and medical personnel.
  • Maintenance concerns or requests please reach out to the host to address promptly.
  • Children are welcome, but we ask that you share their ages so that we can best accommodate them.
  • If you require any special needs please let us know prior to booking.
  • Unapproved early check-in and late check-out are not allowed without prior request, as we may have other guests or team members present.
  • No PARTIES or Gatherings are allowed, this includes birthday parties.
  • We care about the environment please turn off AC when not present in the apartment.
  • For late check-out, you must request 24 hours prior, and there is no guarantee.
  • Please review the following Fees:
    • FEE: Smoking $500
    • FEE: Unapproved overnight guests $25 per night
    • FEE: PETS $250 minimum
    • FEE: Late check-out $50 every ½ hour past the complimentary check-out time.
    • FEE: Damaged, missing, or broken items guests will be charged market value to replace or fix.
    • FEE: Missing remote $20
    • FEE: DO NOT touch, tamper, or cover exterior security devices, automatic $250 fine.
  • We always want to give our guests the opportunity to check in before our normal check-in time. If available guests may check-in after 1 PM EST complimentary, and must contact the host 48 hours prior to request.
  • Check-in time request prior to 1 PM EST, the following service fees will apply:
    • Check-in at 12 PM EST $45 A little early at 10 AM EST $65 Red-Eye at 8 AM EST $85 Any request for early arrival is tentative, as we are contracted with our cleaners, and any changes with their schedule can cause an increase in fees. Thank you for understanding.

We have security cameras located on the exterior of the building monitoring the front yard. There are also 2 cameras located in the lobby of the building.

  • This apartment is located in the Bronx, NY, and the unit is on the second floor. The neighborhood is a working middle-class neighborhood that has more of an urban community feel.
  • Entry to the unit is by a unique door code. Each room also features its own unique keypad entry as well, and a white noise sound machine. This is great for traveling nurses or roommates.
  • It is a shared entrance into the building to access the residence on the second floor.

  • Once entering the main entrance, it is 14 steps to the second floor of this 3-unit family residence.
  • There is a laundry mat, off-site that is one block away that offers self-services and same-day drop-off. We do provide detergent and fabric sheets.
