Payment Terms:
By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that in the event of a refund for any amount, for any reason, including but not limited to a transaction made in error, the refunded sum shall constitute the net amount paid to Best Furnished AFTER deduction of fees from the payment processing platform and the property management platform. It is important to note that the total fees from these platforms, which approximate around 4%, may vary depending on the country and the card used by the customer. As these fees are collected independently by the third party company and are not refundable, the customer hereby relinquishes any and all rights to dispute the fees charged by these platforms before or after the refund is processed.
