Firm – We offer a full refund (minus processing fees) for cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date. If booked within 30 days of the check-in date, you can still receive a full refund (minus processing fees) if you cancel within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the check-in. After that, a 50% refund (minus processing fees) is available up to seven days before check-in. If booked within 7 days or less of the check-in date you can still receive a 30% refund (minus processing fees) if you cancel at least 48 hours before check-in or earlier. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided after that point.
By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that in the event of a refund for any amount, for any reason, including but not limited to a transaction made in error, the refunded sum shall constitute the net amount paid to Best Furnished AFTER deduction of Stripe Fee and Property Management Platform fee. It is important to note that the total fees for Stripe and Property Management Platform, which approximate around 5%, may vary depending on the country and the card used by the Customer. As these fees are collected independently and are not refundable, the customer hereby relinquishes any and all rights to dispute the fees charged by Stripe & Property Management Platform before or after the refund is processed.
