Meeting & Conference Fee: Business meetings and conferences require prior consent and are subject to an additional fee of $250 per hour. This fee helps cover any additional wear and tear associated with extended use of the space for professional purposes.
Pet Fee: We allow up to 2 pets / service animals with prior written notice. An additional cleaning fee of $100 per pet per stay applies for guests bringing pets or service animals. This helps maintain the property in pristine condition for all future visitors.
No Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces only.
Shoes: We kindly request that no shoes be worn inside the house, especially on carpets.
*Check-In/Out:* Check-in is available after 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00. We offer a seamless self-check-in via smart lock, with instructions sent 48 hours before your arrival.
*Early Check-In/Late Check-Out:* Enjoy early check-in or late check-out free of charge if there’s no same-day turnover. Please notify us 36 hours in advance during business hours. Our office is closed on weekends and holidays (emergencies only), so for weekend/holiday requests, please confirm timing at least 1 business day prior. Last-minute late check-out requests (within 24 hours) cannot be accommodated and will incur a $50 fee.
*ID Verification:* For safety and security, we require a government-issued ID for all guests booking or staying at the property.
