Whimstay is a third-party booking platform that often offers discounted deals for reservations hosted by Best Furnished. Since they process payments, only Whimstay can manage cancellations or refunds.

While we will do our best to assist with special cancellation requests, Whimstay’s policies will govern all bookings made through their platform, and Best Furnished cannot alter nor override these policies.
FOR BEST FURNISHED DIRECT BOOKINGS:
– Full refund minus processing fees if canceled 30+ days before check-in.
– For bookings within 30 days of check-in, full refund minus processing fees if canceled within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
– 50% refund minus processing fees if canceled up to 7 days before check-in.
– For bookings within 7 days of check-in, 30% refund minus processing fees if canceled at least 48 hours before check-in.
– No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in.
BEST FURNISHED 10% DISCOUNT FOR NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS:
– Available for bookings with check-in dates at least 3 weeks from the reservation date.
– Offers a 10% discount but includes a strict non-refundable cancellation policy.
– To use, apply code nonrefundable10 at checkout.
– By using this code, you agree that all changes or cancellations are non-refundable.
– The code can only be applied once per reservation.
BEST FURNISHED PAYMENT TERMS:
By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that in the event of a refund for any amount, for any reason, including but not limited to a transaction made in error, the refunded sum shall constitute the net amount paid to Best Furnished AFTER deduction of fees from the payment processing platform and the property management platform. It is important to note that the total fees from these platforms, which approximate around 5%, may vary depending on the country and the card used by the customer. As these fees are collected independently by the third party company and are not refundable, the customer hereby relinquishes any and all rights to dispute the fees charged by these platforms before or after the refund is processed.

Additional Rules:
- Our apartment is pet-friendly, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all pet hair. If you have allergies, please consider this when booking.
- Guests who wish to utilize the home for meetings and conferences may do so with prior consent and will be charged an additional $250 per hour during the scheduled hours.
- No parties, events, or large business meetings are permitted in the home without prior consent. Guests who hold unauthorized parties will be asked to leave and will be charged $400 per hour for the duration of the event.
- Our housekeeper may be available for light housekeeping for an additional cost (paid by the guest) with sufficient notice.
- An additional pet cleaning fee of $100 per pet applies. Pets are NOT allowed on beds and/or sofas.
- Strict NO SMOKING policy indoors. Guests who violate this rule will be subjected to deep cleaning fees (such as upholstery disinfection, AC ducts cleaning, etc.) starting at $300.
- Self check-in and checkout. You will receive check-in and checkout instructions 48 hours prior to your scheduled times.
- We may request your government-issued ID at check-in if necessary.
*Check-In/Out:* Check-in is available after 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00. We offer a seamless self-check-in via smart lock, with instructions sent 48 hours before your arrival.
*Early Check-In/Late Check-Out:* Enjoy early check-in or late check-out free of charge if there’s no same-day turnover. Please notify us 36 hours in advance during business hours. Our office is closed on weekends and holidays (emergencies only), so for weekend/holiday requests, please confirm timing at least 1 business day prior. Last-minute late check-out requests (within 24 hours) cannot be accommodated and will incur a $50 fee.
*ID Verification:* For safety and security, we require a government-issued ID for all guests booking or staying at the property.
*Data Security:* Your personal information is securely protected by Cloudflare and used only for booking purposes. We prioritize privacy and confidentiality.
*Pet Policy:* We are pet-friendly with strict cleaning protocols. Guests with allergies should be mindful that we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all pet hair and cannot be held liable for any allergy attacks that may occur.
*Optional Housekeeping:* Light cleaning services are available upon request for a discounted fee, with 48 hours’ notice to guarantee availability.
*Baby Items:* Baby high chairs and portable Pack and Plays are available upon request with 48 hours’ notice.
*Additional Amenities:* An air mattresses is available upon request with at least 48 hours’ notice.
