Welcome to our Stunning Duplex near the Park, one of our short term rentals for furnished apartments in Brooklyn, New York. Hosted by Moreen, Sacred Space Style.
Accommodates up to 6 guests.
Please be advised that our building does not include an elevator, and access to the apartments is solely by stairs.

1st Floor:

- Two generously sized bedrooms with Queen-size beds, each equipped with a 32″ smart TV and ample storage space.
- A bathroom featuring a luxurious rainfall shower head and a relaxing soaking tub.

Cancellation policy:
Firm – We offer a full refund (minus processing fees) for cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date. If booked within 30 days of the check-in date, you can still receive a full refund (minus processing fees) if you cancel within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the check-in. After that, a 50% refund (minus processing fees) is available up to seven days before check-in. If booked within 7 days or less of the check-in date you can still receive a 30% refund (minus processing fees) if you cancel at least 48 hours before check-in or earlier. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided after that point.
Non-refundable (10% Discount) – This option provides a 10% discount but comes with a non-refundable cancellation policy.
By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that in the event of a refund for any amount, for any reason, including but not limited to a transaction made in error, the refunded sum shall constitute the net amount paid to Best Furnished AFTER deduction of Stripe Fee and Property Management Platform fee. It is important to note that the total fees for Stripe and Property Management Platform, which approximate around 5%, may vary depending on the country and the card used by the Customer. As these fees are collected independently and are not refundable, the customer hereby relinquishes any and all rights to dispute the fees charged by Stripe & Property Management Platform before or after the refund is processed.

- Strict no smoking policy indoors. Smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces. Indoor vaping is permitted. Guests violating this rule may incur deep cleaning fees, starting at $300.
Additional Rules:
- Our apartment is pet-friendly, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all pet hair. If you have allergies, please consider this when booking.
- Guests who wish to use the home for meetings and conferences must obtain prior consent and will be charged an additional $250 per hour during the hours such activities take place.
- No parties, events, or large business meetings are allowed in the home without prior consent. Guests who hold unauthorized parties will be asked to leave and charged $400 per hour for the duration of the event.
- Our housekeeper may be available for light housekeeping work at an additional cost (paid by the guest) with sufficient notice.
- An additional pet cleaning fee of $100 per pet applies. Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.
- Please do not wear shoes inside the house, except in the entryway.
- Self-check-in and checkout. You will receive check-in and checkout instructions 48 hours prior to your scheduled times.
- We may request your government-issued ID at check-in.
- No parties, events, or large business meetings are allowed in the home without prior consent.
- Guests who hold unauthorized parties will be asked to leave and will be charged $400 per hour for the duration of the event.
- Guests wishing to use the home for meetings and conferences may do so with prior consent and will be charged an additional $250 per hour during the scheduled hours.
