Regular Bookings: We offer a full refund (minus processing fees) for cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date. If booked within 30 days of the check-in date, you can still receive a full refund (minus processing fees) if you cancel within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the check-in. After that, a 50% refund (minus processing fees) is available up to seven days before check-in. If booked within 7 days or less of the check-in date you can still receive a 30% refund (minus processing fees) if you cancel at least 48 hours before check-in or earlier. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided after that point.
Non-Refundable Bookings: (10% Discount) – By opting for our non-refundable cancellation booking option, you’ll enjoy a 10% discount off the total booking cost. This provides a cost-effective way to secure your reservation while enjoying savings on your accommodation.
Payment Terms: By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that in the event of a refund for any amount, for any reason, including but not limited to a transaction made in error, the refunded sum shall constitute the net amount paid to Best Furnished AFTER deduction of fees from the payment processing platform and the property management platform. It is important to note that the total fees from these platforms, which approximate around 5%, may vary depending on the country and the card used by the customer. As these fees are collected independently by the third party company and are not refundable, the customer hereby relinquishes any and all rights to dispute the fees charged by these platforms before or after the refund is processed.

Occupancy: This apartment accommodates up to 2 people at the listed rates. Additional guests incur a fee of $65 per guest per night, with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Children under 3 years old are not considered additional guests but should be included in the booking for proper preparation.
Quiet Hours: Please note the quiet hours are 23:00 – 07:00.
Peaceful Enjoyment: We request that guests refrain from hosting parties, events, or large business meetings in the home without prior written consent. This ensures a peaceful environment for all residents in the home and neighborhood.
Prior Approval for Events: Should you wish to host a small gathering, kindly seek our approval beforehand. This allows us to manage guest expectations and potential noise concerns. Guests who hold parties will be asked to leave and will be charged $400 per hour for the duration of the event.
Meeting & Conference Fee: Business meetings and conferences require prior consent and are subject to an additional fee of $250 per hour. This fee helps cover any additional wear and tear associated with extended use of the space for professional purposes.
Pet Fee: We allow up to 2 pets / service animals with prior written notice. An additional cleaning fee of $100 applies for guests bringing pets or service animals. This helps maintain the property in pristine condition for all future visitors.
No Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces only.
Shoes: We kindly request that no shoes be worn inside the house, especially on carpets.
Self-Check-In: Check-in is available after 16:00, and check-out is required by 10:00. To streamline your arrival, we provide a hassle-free self-check-in process facilitated by a smart lock system. You’ll receive detailed instructions 48 hours before your scheduled arrival time, ensuring a smooth start to your stay.
Early Check-In / Check-Out: We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests whenever possible. Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance, although we can’t guarantee availability until closer to your check-in/check-out date. For a final confirmation, please reach out to us 24 hours before your arrival or departure time for a real-time update. If we’re unable to accommodate your request, rest assured that we’re more than happy to assist with luggage drop-off or collection. Your comfort and convenience are our priority.
Identification Verification: As a standard practice in the hospitality industry, we require all guests booking or staying within the apartment to provide their personal data, including a government-issued ID. This protocol is essential to uphold a safe and secure experience for all parties involved.
Personal Information: Our website is protected by Cloudflare and adheres to the highest standards of cybersecurity. Your data stays confidential with us and is used for booking purposes only. We prioritize the privacy and security of our guests, and you can trust that your information is safeguarded throughout the booking process.
Pet Friendly: Our apartments are pet-friendly. We implement very strict cleaning protocols. Guests with allergies should be mindful that we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all pet hair and cannot be held liable for any allergy attacks that may occur.
Optional Housekeeping: If needed, our friendly housekeeper can provide light cleaning services upon request, for an additional discounted fee. To guarantee availability, please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. This ensures that we can accommodate your cleaning needs promptly and efficiently.
Baby Items: If needed, a baby high chair and/or portable Pack and Play can be provided upon request with at least 48 hours’ notice.
