Welcome to my Brooklyn retreat! I’m Lielle, and I’m so happy to share my stylish two-bedroom, 1.5-bath duplex with you. The space blends modern comfort with a touch of Brooklyn charm, just steps from Prospect Park. It’s perfect for families, couples, or business travelers looking for a place that feels peaceful, warm, and personal.

This beautifully designed duplex is my little haven in the city: cozy, modern, and full of light.

First Floor:

🍳 Chef’s Kitchen: Fully stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, spices, dishes, cookware, and bakeware. Whether you’re making a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, everything’s here.

🍽 Dining Area: Spacious and inviting, the large table comfortably seats up to 10 people. Perfect for family meals or small gatherings.

🛌 Two Bedrooms: Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, 32” smart TV, and generous closet space for all your belongings.

🛁 Full Bathroom: Unwind in the soaking tub or rinse off under the luxurious rainfall shower.

Lower Level:

📺 Living Room: Stretch out and relax with a 65” smart TV, plush seating, and open space to kick back after a day exploring Brooklyn.

💻 Workspace: A dedicated area for guests who need to catch up on emails or work remotely.

🚻 Half Bath: A convenient extra restroom for added comfort.

🌳 Private Furnished Garden: Your own outdoor space to enjoy a morning coffee, dine al fresco, or simply breathe in some fresh air.

🛏 Extra Bedding: An air mattress that can accommodate up to two adults can be provided with advanced 48 hours’ notice.

The home comfortably fits up to 6 guests plus infants. Please note, this is a walk-up building so there’s no elevator, access is by stairs only.

I love hosting families, and I’ve tried to make the space as easy and welcoming as possible:

🚪 Guest Access

Please note that the building does not have an elevator. This apartment is a first-floor walk-up with about 18 stairs and a sturdy railing for easy access.

🗽 Please Note:
Per NYC registration guidelines, you’ll be sharing this apt with me, the owner, as I occupy a separate private suite within the property and have my own separate side entrance, but you’ll have complete privacy and exclusive use of the rest of the apartment during your stay. You can come and go freely without crossing paths since our entrances are separate. I am always available if you need anything during your stay, but I travel frequently for work, so my guests often have the entire space to themselves.

I kindly ask all guests to be respectful of the neighbors and avoid loud noise or lingering in the common areas of the building. For everyone’s safety, the entrance and lobby are monitored 24/7 by security cameras.

BEST FURNISHED PAYMENT TERMS:
By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that in the event of a refund for any amount, for any reason, including but not limited to a transaction made in error, the refunded sum shall constitute the net amount paid to Best Furnished AFTER deduction of fees from the payment processing platform and the property management platform. It is important to note that the total fees from these platforms, which approximate around 5%, may vary depending on the country and the card used by the customer. As these fees are collected independently by the third party company and are not refundable, the customer hereby relinquishes any and all rights to dispute the fees charged by these platforms before or after the refund is processed.

Occupancy
This apartment is set up for 4 guests . I can host up to 6 people total, just let me know their names and ages in advance so I can be aware who is coming, but likewise please include them in your booking so I can prepare everything properly for your stay.

Quiet Hours: Please note the quiet hours of the building are 22:00 – 08:00. Please help me observe these.

Peaceful Enjoyment: I want everyone to enjoy a calm and relaxing atmosphere, so I kindly ask that you don’t host parties, large gatherings, or business meetings. This helps keep the home and neighborhood peaceful for everyone.

Prior Approval for Events or Hosting Small Gatherings
If you’d like to have a small get-together, just reach out first for approval. That way I can make sure everything runs smoothly and stays within the house rules. Please note: parties are strictly prohibited may result in guests being asked to leave and charged $400 per hour for the duration of the event.

Business Meetings & Conferences
If you plan to use the apartment for meetings or work-related events, please get in touch for prior approval. These uses are subject to a $250 per hour fee to cover the extra wear and tear that comes with professional use of the space.

Shoes
Please remove your shoes inside the apartment, especially on the carpets. It helps keep everything clean and fresh for everyone who stays here.

Mid-Stay Cleaning
For stays longer than two weeks, there’s a $125 mid-stay cleaning fee. My cleaner will come by to change the sheets, dust, and tidy up so the space stays fresh and comfortable during your stay. Keeping things maintained along the way helps avoid any deep-cleaning charges at checkout.

No Smoking
No smoking inside, please. You’re welcome to smoke in the outdoor areas only. A deep-cleaning fee starting at $300 applies for any indoor smoking.

Pets & Service Animals
I’m happy to welcome up to one pet or service animal with prior notice. There’s a $100 cleaning fee to help keep the place spotless and comfortable for all guests regardless of whether it’s a pet or a certified service animal. If it’s got fur, I need to pay my cleaner extra to clean up afterwards so the charge applies across the board.

 

 

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in starts any time after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. You’ll have an easy self-check-in with a smart lock, and I’ll send the instructions 48 hours before your arrival.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out
If there’s no same-day guest turnover, I’m happy to offer early check-in or late check-out at no extra cost. Just give me a heads-up at least 36 hours in advance during regular business hours. For weekend or holiday requests, please reach out at least one business day before so I can confirm availability. Last-minute late check-out requests made within 24 hours cannot be accommodated and will include a $50 fee.

ID Verification
For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, I do ask for a government-issued ID from all guests booking or staying in the apartment. You will receive an SMS with a request to fill this out upon booking.

Data Privacy
Your personal info is safe and protected by Cloudflare and is only used for booking purposes. I take your privacy seriously and handle all guest information with care.

Pet Policy
I’m happy to welcome pets, and I follow strict cleaning protocols after each stay. That said, if you or someone in your group has pet allergies, please know I can’t guarantee the complete removal of all pet hair and won’t be responsible for allergy reactions.

Optional Housekeeping
If you’d like light housekeeping during your stay, I can help set that up for a discounted rate. Just let me know at least 48 hours in advance to make sure there is availability.

Baby Items
Traveling with a little one? I’m happy to provide a high chair or a portable Pack and Play. Just let me know what you need at least 48 hours ahead of time.

Additional Amenities
