Accommodates up to 4 guests.
Please note that our building does not feature an elevator, and access to the apartments is solely by stairs.
Relax and unwind in this serene and stylish open-concept living space, complete with a fully equipped kitchen stocked with dishes, spices, cookware, and more. You’ll find modern amenities such as a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, gas stove, and a full-size fridge. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen-size bed, ample closet space, and a 55” smart Samsung TV. The large bathroom boasts a soothing rainfall shower head in a full-size tub. The living room can also serve as a second bedroom, with a queen-size sofa bed, offering an additional identical TV and ample closet space.

Cancellation policy:
Firm – We offer a full refund (minus processing fees) for cancellations made up to 30 days before the check-in date. If booked within 30 days of the check-in date, you can still receive a full refund (minus processing fees) if you cancel within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the check-in. After that, a 50% refund (minus processing fees) is available up to seven days before check-in. If booked within 7 days or less of the check-in date you can still receive a 30% refund (minus processing fees) if you cancel at least 48 hours before check-in or earlier. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided after that point.
Non-refundable (10% Discount) – This option provides a 10% discount but comes with a non-refundable cancellation policy.
By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that in the event of a refund for any amount, for any reason, including but not limited to a transaction made in error, the refunded sum shall constitute the net amount paid to Best Furnished AFTER deduction of Stripe Fee and Property Management Platform fee. It is important to note that the total fees for Stripe and Property Management Platform, which approximate around 5%, may vary depending on the country and the card used by the Customer. As these fees are collected independently and are not refundable, the customer hereby relinquishes any and all rights to dispute the fees charged by Stripe & Property Management Platform before or after the refund is processed.

- Our apartment is pet-friendly, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all pet hair. If you have allergies, please consider this when booking. Additionally, no shoes are allowed in the house, especially on carpets.
- Strictly no parties, events, or large business meetings are permitted in the home at any time without prior consent. Guests who hold such events will be asked to leave and will be charged $400 per hour for the hours the event took place. Guests who wish to utilize the home for meetings and conferences may do so with prior consent and will be charged an additional $250 per hour during the hours that meetings and conferences will be held in the home.
- Housekeeping work can be provided for an additional cost upon request and with sufficient notice.
- An additional pet cleaning fee of $100 applies.
- An additional fee of $65 per guest per night applies after 2 guests. Please note that an air mattress will be provided upon request only.
- Self check-in is available via a smart lock.
- We may ask for your government-issued ID at check-in.
- No parties, events, or large business meetings are permitted in the home at any time without prior consent.
- Guests who hold parties will be asked to leave and will be charged $400 per hour for the hours the event took place.
- Guests who wish to utilize the home for meetings and conferences may do so with prior consent and will be charged an additional $250 per hour during the hours that meetings and conferences will be held in the home.
- Our housekeeper may be available to come and provide light housekeeping for an additional cost with sufficient notice.
- An additional pet cleaning fee of $100 applies.
